Kyle Kissmann

Founder, Webmaster, Administrator. Kyle is a descendant of Clans McLeod and Stuart. Hobbies include anything Scottish, hiking, Krav Maga, model railroading, and landscaping. Professionally he is a business development manager, trainer, recruiter, and private utility locator.


Jasmine Trocchia (Kissmann) 2024 to present

Volunteer, Member-at-large. Jasmine assists Kyle as needed. Jasmine is a descendant of Clan Cunningham. Her hobbies includes being a thrill seeker (hang gliding, bungee jumping), a accomplished gaming content creator, gaming coach, and anything to do with locomotives.


Kim Laidlaw 2024 to present

Moderator, Volunteer. Kim is a professional photographer by trade, a scottish chef by hobby, and one of our most active volunteers in the field and online. Kim took over online posting for Teresa Miller. Kim is an active volunteer at our physical events as well.


Jennifer Pagan 2020 to present

Moderator. Jennifer is a digital creator and artist by trade. In the group, she is the eyes and ears behind the scenes, making sure content is acceptable and helping to approve member requests.


Hunter Atkinson 2024 to present

Moderator, Volunteer. Hunter, along with his son, Owen, are drummers with the City of Greenville (SC) Pipe Band. Descendants of Clan Gordon and native to upstate SC, Hunter has ties to many of the upstate and mountain towns and is open to helping those in need find information on their ancestry and clan affiliations. Hunter is a moderator for the online group, but will be even more active in hosting events and encouraging other members in SC to host.

Piedmont NC Events Coordinator - Sean Carrick - Sean is a descendant of Clan Kennedy.


Eastern NC Events Coordinator - this position is currently open.


Upstate SC Events Coordinator - Hunter Atkinson - Hunter is a descendant of Clan Gordon.


Central SC Events Coordinator - this position is currently open.


Coastal SC Events Coordinator - this position is currently open.


Many thanks to Teresa Miller. She was an Administration and Organizer for our group from 2020 to 2024. Teresa moved out of the Carolinas in 2024, but was instrumental in member relations offline, was the extrovert of the leadership taking on the majority of admin/moderator posts online, and worked hard to expand the group. Teresa is a descendant of Clan Stewart. Hobbies include canning, traveling. Thank you for your service to the club.
